This year, we are using a commercial service to handle reservations. At the conclusion of registration, you will be asked to pay. (Costs are explained below.)

The Evening's Activities
  • Commencing 4:30 pm sharp
    - we start with a brief cocktail mixer; please attend.
  • Approximately 5:15 to 6:00 pm
    - we all gather around the grand piano,
    - and everyone sings Christmas carols in Polish and English.
  • After the singing,
    - we enjoy a delicious buffet of Polish style food.
  • By about 7:00 or 7:30 pm
    - things are usually wrapping up.
Costs
   Donation is $27 adult, $10 univ student.
   Children are free if accompanied 2 paying adults, student rate otherwise.
   Late registration (after Friday Jan 13) is $35.
   These funds go to defray the costs of the event; which are significant.
   Event is a fund raiser; this year's cause is: Polish Media Issues
   an anti-defamation group located in the U.K.
   To maintain the spirit of donation, special arrangements can be
   made for those who have difficulty with the admission charge;
   call contact person mentioned below.

Registration Required
   Please r.s.v.p. to guarantee entry for you and your guests.
   The r.s.v.p. list helps us know how much food to order.
   Although we probably won't turn away persons without r.s.v.p.;
   why risk it?   Register!
Free Parking
   The gate at North Avenue Beach Parking lot will be open.
   Scouts (Harcerze) will patrol the lot and walkway.
   If coming via North Avenue, turn up LaSalle which then curves
   around and takes you under Lake Shore Drive and into the lot.
   If coming via Lake Shore Drive, exit at North Ave and turn
   towards the lake. (See "sketch" available below.)
